- 1 small value bk fries (240 Calories)
- 1 bottle of water (16.9 oz)
Dinner: (Small and simple)
- 1 Grilled Chicken Sandwich plain (120 calories)
- 1 bottle of water (16.9 oz)
- 1/2 pack of Crystal Light energy packet (5 calories)
So today had a few unexpected bumps but, I made it through the day and had a great day. Just wishing I could've gotten more exercising in. Tomorrow is a new day <3
And a little of topic but, I am a huge wrestling fan and tonight is the RAW 1000 episode and at this moment I am having problems breathing from all the excitement of all the legends coming back into the ring at once <3
