Today we decided that things needed to be quick and easy and simple. We were too tired to really go all out with a big Sunday breakfast. So we decided to do 2 egg omelet's with cheese in the middle and toasted mini bagel's with low fat cream cheese ((mainly since I am on a diet)). It's quick, simple and easy to make. It takes about 10 minutes in total if you are making this for about 3 people.
Something else as a good quick breakfast would be oatmeal with fresh fruit and or cereal with fresh fruit. Do what you can for the time you have.
