Got The Job!!

I GOT THE JOB!!! YAY!!! Okay so now that I got that off my chest, today was another one of those days where I got up and got on the scale. Which was a bad idea. I didn't lose any weight from yesterday. (I was trying to see if and when I lose most of my weight). So now I plan on weighing myself only on Tuesdays and Fridays. This way there is an almost exact amount of time in between weigh ins. 

I'm hoping that this process will help me figure things out. And I plan on noting what I eat the days before I weigh myself. (www.myfitnesspal.com) This way when I weigh myself and if I get good results (losing more weight), I will try to curve my diet towards what I ate and did during that time frame. 

Still working on cutting Ramen out of my diet but, I JUST CAN'T HELP IT, IT TASTES SO GOOD!!! Lol. I have cut back drastically on soda, which was one of my massive set backs. But, 1 glass (8 oz) of soda every other day is what I allow myself and I do what I can to limit my sweets intake. 

Now, I am not trying to say cut sweets all together because that is not healthy. But limit how much sweets you eat. If you want something sweet, look at the calories per servings. And try to stick close to that. Also, invest in a food scale. That is what I am doing to try to portion out my meals.
