With life taking a hard hit on me over this month, my original plan has gotten derailed :( I'm not very happy with the fact that I have to start all over again but, life happens. I did manage, in the 2 weeks I could do it, to lose 4 lbs ^_^ So for 2 weeks of doing my plan I lost 2 lbs a week. Which isn't bad.
Now if I can get back on it and stay on it for a month I should be able to lose 8 lbs in a month. If I keep on the losing 2 lbs a week. ^_^
I will be updating with the status of my plan on Monday. I will be picking it back up and trying to stick with it constantly. ^^
